Yeah, Jay's been opening a gift here and there. Some of them were for him, even! I'm not sure we're going to enforce the waiting even once he knows the difference. Another family we know spreads theirs out, and it makes sense to me that it doesn't usurp the focus of Christmas Day, which should be God, not gift.
